Timescape suggests a flexible and open system of the former railway bridge in the center of Seoul. Yet the stream offers public waterfront spaces to the town, the neighbors have disregarded the area due to this infrastructure, which accommodates heavy traffic of train and cargo vehicles. The project takes cues from a temporality around the site, and thus focuses on a lot of activities happening simultaneously. The project tries to capture a series of potential events this bridge can provide, which will be celebrated by various users around the site; from residents and merchants to flora and fauna.
