Archipelago of Commons suggests eight clusters of public facilities to promote maritime tourism in Busan area. The project tries to extend a beachfront flow to complete the existing tourism network throughout the whole city. Eight clusters with eight different communal amenities will be integrated with various typologies of residential and hotel buildings. The central part of the site will be filled with a series of public open spaces and amenities, such as park, sports fields, swimming pools, and lush landscapes. The project expects the tourism network to generate synergy with various public facilities and residential units, becoming a successful development model for the city in the future.
